Global campaign for the internet to become a Military Free Zone

Eugene Kaspersky's message as chief executive of one of the largest computer security firms,he flies around the world telling politicians and officials they should instead be working to make the internet a military-free zone.Everyone agrees, at least, there is a serious problem.

Almost every aspect of life in the developed world now depends at some level on computers connected to the internet, and all computers connected to the internet are vulnerable to attack. The Stuxnet attack on the Iranian nuclear program, in which a highly sophisticated virus caused physical damage to uranium enrichment equipment, was unpicked last year and confirmed that cyber weaponry is under active development by states.
